Grace and peace. Life in Washington is chaotic. The people I know here are invested in community and that means that they are working and volunteering their time to make the world a better place. Some are making sure their children are getting a well-rounded experience and the opportunities to reach their dreams. I am thankful to be at St. Patrick’s because our members are filled with a spirit of generosity that defines their very being. Pledge Online
In the past year, St. Patrick’s has been involved in helping refugees, hurricane victims, the homeless and the hungry, and people in Haiti. We also are a loving family to people celebrating birthdays, receiving treatment, and mourning those who have died. The Holy Spirit is moving around St. Patrick’s making a difference in our lives, in our journey with God, and in serving those in need. Our stewardship letter is going out this week. With the support of our community, we will continue to be this generous community filled with generous people. I am thankful to be your priest.
Please let me know what you are passionate about and your hopes and dreams for this special community.
