Grace and peace. This is a Saturday of weddings. Associate Rector Jenifer Gamber will officiate the wedding of Elizabeth Teter, daughter of Kathy and Harry Teter, and James Gossmann at St. Patrick’s. Emma Hurt, daughter of Virginia and Bob Hurt, will marry Hurst Williamson at Christ Church, Frederica on Saint Simon’s Island in Georgia. I will be officiating the wedding of Simon Hiebert, one of my former students, and Carolyn Powell in Austin, Texas. We should keep all of these couples and their families in our prayers as they make vows to enter into a life-long union.
After those celebrations on Saturday, we will celebrate on Sunday the launch of the 2019-20 Community Web. After the 10am service, you will have the opportunity to sign up for parties and events that will help us know each other better and raise money for the good of the ministries of St. Patrick’s.
